Riyadh ∙ Permission to store electronic version of iqama (residence permit) e-iqama on smartphones in Saudi E-Iqama can now be used for online transactions.
Home Minister Prince Abdul Aziz bin Saud inaugurated a number of online services. With this, most of the services of Javasat (Passport Section) will be available through the Abshir Portal.
Residents, GCC nationals, visitors and dependent visa holders can register online at the Abshir portal by providing their Iqama number or border entry number, officials said.
