Perial Développement announces the sale of the Nice Roguez business park to AEW on behalf of its Ullis platform. This program was initiated in 2018 following a call for projects from the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis and Nice Ecovallée for the creation of an economic and industrial activity zone of 15,000 m² on land in the valley. du Rogue – in the towns of Castagniers and Colomars.
Perial Développement won the call for tenders and signed an emphyteutic lease. The operation started in blank, without any sale or lease having been concluded, and was carried out by Perial Développement for the contracting authority, the architectural firm Apside Architecture and the general contractor GSE.
Delivered in October 2020, this park is made up of 12 new buildings operating in a natural and landscaped park. “Imagined and created to meet the needs of different types of businesses”, the buildings offer ground floors for activities and business areas or mezzanine offices with divisible surfaces of between 142 m² and 3458 m² . All of the 34 lots are rented. The 18 tenants of the park benefit from optimized interior spaces offering high-performance equipment.
In December 2020, the business park obtained BDM certification – Mediterranean Sustainable Building – a construction benchmark in terms of environmental, social and economic quality in the PACA region, for all buildings. This certification emphasizes the implementation of multiple concrete actions within the park such as the installation of photovoltaic panels covering 20% of the site’s needs (installation finalized in April 2021), or the installation of a water storage system. rain.
