Tereza Pergnerová and construction manager Pepíno helped people who found themselves in a difficult life situation, often on the verge of poverty. Within a few days, he and the construction team changed not only their housing, but often their lives as well. In the years 2017-2019, three series of eight episodes were filmed, and Tereza has already helped 24 families to a better life.

“I chose the show Mission new home because it was about human destinies and I was very close to working with people. It’s just a different kind of work, in which I found myself enormously. And that stopped with the coronavirus coming in, so we were on hiatus in 2020, and in 2021, when we were going to start it up again, I started having different ideas about the vision for this show than the creative producer,” Teresa said.
“It’s really nice that it’s still running, it’s still repeating itself, even though we haven’t been filming since 2020, but you can see that it’s very timeless,” Pergnerova herself commented on how happy she is that people are interested in watching the reruns of the show. But new parts will no longer be created. “We were not comfortable with the dramaturgy of the show, so it was time to end it. However, we parted ways with Nova’s management on good terms, and that is why I was offered the opportunity to work on a project that is close to my heart, Tereza explained.

“We have already filmed four parts of the new project, and more are waiting for us. It should be deployed around fall. I can’t reveal what exactly it is about, I don’t want to be disrespectful,” apologizes Pergnerová. “This is a new show that we think Tereza will enjoy even more than her previous show. The Lost Family, as it is titled, will bring family members together,” Nova TV press spokesman Daniel Maršalík answered the question.
