He People’s Party obtains victory in the province, with 4 of the 9 deputies that were decided in the Cadiz constituency. With 100% of the scrutiny, the popular ones thus go from the two they had in the last legislature to 4 now, with 34.82% of the votes and a number that almost doubles the 2019 ballots (more than 16 more points with 221,020).
He PSOE remains the second force, with 33.18% of the votes (210,596), and it so happens that they also increase in number but not in the way that the PP does. The Socialist Party obtains 2.83 points more support, although it remains with the same deputies in Congress as then.
The seat that the PP wins it loses VOX, who remains with a Cádiz representative in the Cortes Generales. The party led by Santiago Abascal has fallen, with the right focusing its votes on the popular ones. They are 6 points less than in 2019, going from 131,201 voters to 96,391 now.
Of course, they continue as the third force with 15.18% of the votes, with over summer, who remains the ninth deputy, with 12.84% of the votes of the people of Cádiz, which were 81,544. And the coalition is going backwards when compared to the results of Unidas Podemos, which achieved just over 15% and 93,541 voters.

The province of Cádiz votes this Sunday, July 23, to elect its representatives in the Congress of Deputies. For these general elections, there is a record in the electoral roll. No less than 1,017,915 people are called to the polls, 15,600 more than in the general elections of November 2019. It is the ninth province in the country with the most people with the right to vote. Regarding the results of the last general call, that of November 10, 2019, the force with the most votes was the PSOE, with 31.02% of the votes that earned it three seats for Cádiz. However, the results were not enough for the PSOE to form a government alone, forcing an agreement with Unidas Podemos.
The second force in Cádiz was Vox with 21.62% of the votes. This allowed them to take two seats in the province, even improving the result obtained in the spring of 2019. The PP also improved significantly, but remained in third place. The Popular Party won 18.31% of the votes, which translated into two seats in Parliament. One more than in the previous elections.
In November 2019, Unidas Podemos experienced a slight decrease compared to the April call. Although the votes were similar, the popular party managed to snatch the second seat and were left with only one representative from Cádiz in Congress. 15.41% of Cadiz voters chose the purple force.
The big blow was for Ciudadanos. The oranges went from second to fifth option in the province in a matter of seven months. The party that Albert Rivera still led went from two to one seat in Cádiz. Only 9.14% of the population trust this political project.
62.28% of those registered in the census voted for a party, 37.72% chose abstention, 1.3% a null vote and 1.5% a blank vote.
