In an office building at Schiphol, several people have become slightly unwell due to an unknown substance. The material came from a suitcase that was seized, reports the Kennemerland Safety Region. The victims were examined by ambulance personnel, no one had to go to the hospital.
The incident was in the Outlook building yesterday afternoon. The office building is located approximately one kilometer southwest of Schiphol’s arrival and departure halls. Among other things, customs work from this building.
The fire brigade has taken measurements, but has not yet determined the substance involved, the safety region reports. Laboratory research is done for this.
A Ministry of Defense vehicle has also come to the property to provide assistance.
