On the long Pentecost weekend, the ADAC expects many traffic jams on the motorways in NRW. “Because of the public holiday on Monday, employees do not have to sacrifice a day of vacation for a long weekend. That makes Pentecost particularly attractive for a short trip with the family, for example towards the German North Sea and Baltic Sea coasts or the Netherlands,” says ADAC traffic expert Roman Suthold.
