Among the latest features introduced for users are features such as in-app pension viewing and digital security development.
Petruţ Lixandru, the head of the Digital Distribution Channels department of BCR, says that they implemented in the bank’s application the function of viewing the money from pensions administered by BCR.
“Starting this month, they will be able to view their pensions, the second pillar and the third pillar directly in George. So we practically enrich, in addition to new partnerships, the product area, we add as many products as possible “, he explains.
Cristian Mustaţă, the deputy executive director of the BCR Retail Distribution department, states that in the last seven years they have managed to move almost half of the interaction for lending in the online environment.
“It is a significant progress, ie at the moment we have 45% even loans that are granted 100% online, through George, from the total portfolio”, says Cristian Mustaţă.
