At the beginning of July this year, the Senate of the Republic of Poland passed a law that will equalize pensions for the 1953 age group. About 74,000 people are to benefit from the provisions. Some beneficiaries will receive compensation for previous years in the amount of PLN 12 thousand. PLN and an increase in benefits at the level of PLN 202.

Compensation is due to persons who have passed from pensions earlier to universal and therefore have a lower benefit. The right to advance pensions was entitled to an application submitted before January 1, 2013. These people will receive an increased benefit without applying. SISTER it will convert it on its own.
The new regulations will be available to women born in 1953, who did not submit an appropriate application a few years ago. Now the deadline for submitting the application is January 11, 2021 for them. As a result, they will receive pensions calculated without reducing the amount of the early retirement pension they receive.
