Krefeld In the premises of the Catholic Workers’ Movement (KAB), the experts from Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland will be on site for customers on the first Wednesday of each month.
As of September 1st, the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland will resume personal advice in Krefeld. The experts will again be present for customers in the premises of the Catholic Workers’ Movement (KAB), Spinnereistraße 28. Every 1st Wednesday of the month between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. you can discuss your concerns personally. Appointments can already be made now by e-mail [email protected] or by phone at: 0211 937-4033.

In August 2017, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland had to close its service center in Krefeld for technical reasons. The service was carried out by consultants in the service centers in Düsseldorf, Mönchengladbach and Duisburg. On site, those seeking advice could only turn to the insurance office of the city of Krefeld and the insured elders of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland. “Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland would have liked to have resumed its advisory services in Krefeld earlier,” a spokesman told our editorial team.

At the suggestion of various city council members, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland was originally to be offered consultation rooms in the city buildings. However, the top of the town hall did not comply with this, as extensive renovation work had to be carried out in the city buildings. When the administration later announced that it could not provide free urban office space for the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland for reasons of capacity and budgetary law, an alternative had to be found.

The pension insurance company has now been able to conclude an agreement at short notice with the KAB-Zentrum Krefeld so that it can again be present on site for its customers in Krefeld. Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland, headquartered in Düsseldorf, pays around 1.33 million pensions a month.
