Processing contribution reports from theaters for stage artists (m/f/d) and from orchestras for musicians (m/f/d) Processing registrations from theaters and orchestras (employers) for the insured Clarifying (in writing/telephone) problem cases with employers and Insured persons Checking and recording maternity protection reports from employers Inventory maintenance (address management) Participation in projects
Qualification:
Completed commercial training in the area of insurance/banking/finance, as a social insurance clerk (m/f/d) or as an administrative clerk (BL I) (m/f/d) or professional experience in a similar position. Knowledge in the field of social security and administrative law would be an advantage Good knowledge of MS Office High level of responsibility and commitment Good oral and written expression as well as a strong service mindset High level of teamwork and an open personality A structured, careful and precise way of working as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
