Our colors
Fernand Pennequin, after the Second World War, bought GMC trucks from the American surplus. These vehicles from the army are of course khaki, he decides to repaint them.
The first task is the application of a layer of orange anti-rust (minimum).
At the end of this stage, there is not enough money to continue the painting work. Thus the trucks will remain rust-proof color and it is this color which will become and remain the company’s famous “orange”.
