Penalty flood at RW Darmstadt in the Heimstättensiedlung

Verbandsliga: Four of the six goals in the 5-1 win against SV der Bosnian were scored from penalties. SV Münster wins at Dersim and is almost certain to stay up in the league.

DARMSTADT/MUNSTER – Darmstadt/Muenster. In the Bundesliga, Rot-Weiss Darmstadt beat SV der Bosnian Frankfurt 5-1 on Sunday. Next Thursday (Ascension Day) the Red and Whites are challenged in the district cup final against Viktoria Griesheim. SV Münster took another step towards relegation with a 1-0 win at Dersim Rüsselsheim.

Hats off to them not giving up.”

Dersim Ruesselsheim – SV Munster 0: 1 (0: 1). Münster had to struggle with a few absentees, but the guests played with great commitment and took the lead early on with a header from Huther (4th). Dersim’s goalkeeper Jurisic saved against Tareq Hamed (48′) and then also against Ries (53′), Huther (53′) and Defigus (61′). “Respect to my boys, it was outstanding. They implemented everything and brought what we set out to do with passion and ambition,” said SV coach Naser Selmanaj.
