Surprising news circulated from the Online Travel Agent (OTA), Pegipegi who expressed his farewell from the world of the Indonesian travel industry.

Through its official website, Pegipegi stated that it would resign and stop operating to serve travelers. Pegipegi officially stops operating on Monday 11 December 2023.

For almost 12 years, Pegipegi has accompanied travelers on their journey, from providing cheap plane tickets to hotel rooms at low prices. But now, Pegipegi can no longer serve travelers.

“Hi, Loyal Pegipegi Customers! Almost 12 years as your travel solution is an irreplaceable experience for Pegipegi, but with a heavy heart, today, December 11 2023, Pegipegi must say goodbye,” said the announcement on the official Pegipegi website.

“Pegipegi would like to thank you very much, loyal Pegipegi customers who have made Pegipegi your travel companion all this time,” continued the announcement.

Pegipegi also expressed their gratitude to all their partners, both from the airlines, hotel and land transportation industries who have supported the Start Up throughout its journey.

“Apart from that, Pegipegi also wants to thank all accommodation partners, flights, land transportation and all other partners from various industries who have jointly supported Pegipegi to always strive to provide the best service for Pegipegi customers,”.

Still in the announcement, for travelers who have purchased plane tickets or booked hotel rooms through Pegipegi, the tickets and hotels are still valid.

If there is a complaint or request for a refund, a traveler can contact Pegipegi Customer Service via email.

1. Pegipegi last received orders from customers as of December 10, 2023 at 23:59 WIB.

2. Customers don’t need to worry because all purchases that customers have purchased at Pegipegi remain valid, customers can still check in & use air & ground transportation according to check-in time and departure time.

3. Information regarding orders can be accessed via the email used when making the order.

4. If you have questions, requests for refunds, rescheduling or complaints can be submitted via email to [email protected].
