PeduliLindung, Corona Tracing Application that is now a Migor Supervisor

KOMPAS.com – Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan revealed the use of CareProtect in the purchasing system cooking oil bulk, namely as a tool to monitor and supervise the distribution of these commodities from producers to consumers.

“The use of PeduliLindung serves as a monitoring and supervision tool in the field, to mitigate the potential for fraud that can lead to scarcity and increase in cooking oil prices,” he said. BetweenSaturday (25/6/2022).

The government will start the socialization and transition to changes to the buying and selling system of bulk cooking oil using PeduliLindung on Monday, 27 June 2022.

The socialization will be carried out for two weeks. Later, after the socialization period is complete, all sales and purchases of bulk cooking oil will use the PeduliLindung application.

The PeduliLindung application itself is a Covid-19 tracking tool. The application is now used as a condition of travel and entering public spaces.

“Meanwhile, people who don’t have PeduliLindung don’t need to worry, because they can still buy by showing their NIK to get bulk cooking oil at the highest retail price (HET),” Luhut added.

The former Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs said that the purchase of bulk cooking oil at the consumer level would be limited to a maximum of 10 kg for one NIK per day.

Even though he gets a large quota, he guarantees that consumers can get bulk cooking oil with HET, which is Rp. 14,000 per liter or Rp. 15,500 per kilogram.

“We consider this amount sufficient for household needs and even small business entrepreneurs,” he said.

Cooking oil Bulk at this price can be obtained at sellers or retailers who are officially registered in the Simirah 2.0 program and also through Logistics and Retail Service Business Actors (PUJLE), namely Food and Savory Shops.

“I want that later distribution can be ensured to run to the lowest level. Do not let there be areas that do not get people’s bulk cooking oil below their needs. But this will all still take time, so we also need to be patient to wait for the results,” concluded Luhut.
