“The objectives are maintained because there is muscle, capacity and talent to do it, I consider that I am at a moment in my life in which I want to be closer to my family and my parents and it is time to leave because I have already been three administrations,” he said.

Procomer is an institution that has more than 30 years of experience through a public-private alliance.
“It is not only foreign direct investment, it is promotion, a one-stop shop and support for small and medium-sized companies,” he stressed.
The established investment goal is $12,950 million between 2023 and 2026, with the generation of 100,000 jobs.
Likewise, it seeks to materialize 300 reinvestment projects, 209 new foreign direct investment (FDI) projects and 70 projects outside the Greater Metropolitan Area.
The resignation occurs after the Government announced last May the decision to dissolve the strategic relationship that was maintained with the Costa Rican Coalition of Development Initiatives for the attraction of foreign companies to the country, Procomer was left solely responsible for establishing strategies for these purposes.
