Pediatrician in Staten Island Charged with Running Over Father and Daughter in Hit-and-Run Accident

Dr. Sam Leuzzi, a pediatrician in Staten Island (NYC), has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident after running over a father and his 6-year-old daughter while they were walking their dog across the street.
