[서울=뉴스핌] Reporter Kim Kyung-min = Singer and actor Seul-ong Im, 34, who died in a pedestrian crossing while driving, was given a summary order of fine.
The Seoul Western District Law announced on the 18th that it issued a summary order of 7 million won to Im, who was accused of violating the Special Act on Traffic Accident Handling.
An abbreviated order means that the court does not go through a formal trial procedure, but only reviews it in writing and imposes a sentence.
If Mr. Im disagrees, he may request a formal trial within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the summary order.

Im is accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian A, who was crossing while driving his vehicle on a road in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul at around 11:50 pm on August 1 last year.
Immediately after the accident, Mr. A was transferred to a nearby hospital, but died. It was investigated that Lim was not drinking alcohol at the time of the accident.
The prosecution briefly charged with violating the Traffic Accident Handling Act, taking into account the fact that it agreed with the bereaved in November last year.
