Peacock has unveiled the full trailer for its five-episode limited series titled Angelyne, which will premiere on the service on May 19.

Anyone familiar with 1980s Los Angeles knows Angelyne. The blonde bombshell, with her pink clothes and Corvette, is one of the earliest examples of a celeb fame, renting billboards all over town to advertise herself.
The series features the former star of ShamelessEmmy Rossum, who, with the help of a few prosthetics and a lot of costume, hair and makeup strategy, is almost unrecognizable in her role.

Lucy Tcherniak is directing the entire series with Martin Campbell, Alex Karpovsky, Jefferson Hall, Lukas Gage, Charlie Rowe, Hamish Linklater, Michael Angarano and David Krumholtz in the lead roles.
