Peace. Olsen Windcarrier pauses stock exchange listing – E24

The company cites geopolitical tensions as the cause, and says they will consider picking up the thread when circumstances improve.

The planned listing for Fred. Olsen Windcarrier is temporarily put on hold, after it has emerged during the book-building process that the market situation has been “hard hit”.

The geopolitical tensions are also highlighted as reason in the message. The company further writes that they will consider picking up the thread when “among other things, circumstances improve”.

Furthermore, Fred writes. Olsen Windcarrier that they are fully financed for the fleet upgrade, and that they have an order backlog of 355 million euros.

The company is a service provider for offshore wind projects, including transport and installation of wind turbines.

Was priced at 2.75 billion.

Peace. Olsen Windcarrier set the price of new shares at between NOK 50 and 55, when it was to raise NOK 1.5 billion for the listing, which was set for around 24 February.

It gave a valuation of the company of 2.5 to 2.75 billion kroner.

The Olsen family’s Bonheur said in connection with the listing that they would continue as long-term majority shareholder and that they had pre-subscribed to 25 million euros through the fundraising. Bonheur has operations in renewable energy, shipping / offshore wind and cruises.
