Harmony and peace were breathed in Yoga, with the teachers, Aguasanta Merchán and Susana Ferrer, meanwhile in Corredor Alfa 8, skill and strategy were present in the Chess class, indicates a press release.
Late in the afternoon, the different musical genres and movements made the participants dance and exercise in the Dance Therapy class with the teacher, Marcos Graterol, to end with Dance Party. Once again, PDVSA La Estancia offered a healthy recreation for our visitors at its headquarters in Altamira.
