PDI-P (PDIP) withdrew its support for Regent of Alor Amon Djobo and Deputy Regent Imran Duru. The withdrawal of this support came after Amon Djobo scolded the subordinates of the Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini, who is an elite PDIP.
The revocation of support for Aman Djabo was stated in a letter from the PDIP DPP addressed to the Alor District PDIP DPC. This letter is numbered 2922/IN/DPP/VI/2021 signed by the Honorary Chairman of the Party, Komarudin Watubun and Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto.
“The PDIP DPP has revoked the recommendation and support for the Regent and Deputy Regent of Alor, the couple Drs. Amon Djobo and Imran Duru S.Pd, considering that the Regent is not a PDIP cadre so he cannot be dismissed,” reads one of the points in the letter.
The letter was dated Wednesday (2/6/2021) with the subject of a letter regarding the revocation of recommendations and support for the Alor Regent. It is explained in the letter that dealing with inappropriate actions Regent of Alor Amon Djobo against the ranks of the Ministry of Social Affairs and TNI officers.
In one of these points, it is also stated that the PDIP DPP revoked letter number 3628/IN/DPP/XI/2017 dated November 30, 2017 regarding the recommendations for candidates for regent and deputy regent of Alor Regency in the 2017 Simultaneous Pilkada and stated that the letter was not valid.
Regent of Alor Angry Risma’s subordinates
Amon Djobo previously returned to the public’s attention after a video of him scolding a Ministry of Social employee and mentioning Social Minister Tri Rismaharini went viral on social media. Long before that, Amon had also been reported to the police for insulting and threatening the head of the Head of the 161/Wira Sakti Headquarters, Colonel Cpl Imanuel Yoram Dionisius Adoe.
Amon’s action to scold 2 employees of the Ministry of Social Affairs and mention the assistance of the Social Minister’s Family Hope Program (PKH) Tri Rismaharini was recorded in a video with a duration of 3 minutes 9 seconds. Amon highlighted the distribution of PKH assistance which was channeled through the local DPRD, not through the local government.
“Don’t use politics like that, she (Risma) doesn’t know the process of assisting the pattern of handling, the technical assistance in handling this assistance has reached the bottom. Her mouth is faster than thought, what kind of official is that model, what model of minister is that,” said Amon in the video. .
Amon scolded the 2 employees of the Ministry of Social Affairs while sitting on the left side of the two. He then questioned who actually managed PKH in the regions.
“Is PKH the DPR that takes care of it? Tomorrow you go home, tomorrow I will write a letter to the President, she (Risma) thinks she is great,” he added in a strong tone.
Risma Responds to the Anger of the Regent of Alor
Risma explained about the assistance questioned by the Regent of Alor. He said the aid was not PKH.
“I’ll explain, so actually it’s not PKH assistance, but aid for disasters,” said Risma at the Indonesia Complaints Building (GIM) Bandung City, Wednesday (2/6/2021).
