PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto and Chairman of the Bogor Regency PPP DPC Elly Rachmat Yasin, called Ganjar Pranowo as ‘president’. This happened when the two of them gave speeches at a consolidation event for supporting political parties Ganjar Pranowo at the Game Tangkas Sports Hall, Bogor Regency, West Java.
“The honorable Mr. President of 2024, Mr. Ganjar Pranowo,” said Elly Yasin, who was greeted by boisterous shouts and applause from thousands of cadres of the four political parties, Saturday (22/7/2023).
“I did not mention (Pak Ganjar as) a presidential candidate. Because those words are prayers, and hopefully these prayers will be answered,” he continued.
He said that there is a lot of evidence of community support for reward. One of them is because of the large number of cadres present today.
“So far I have only seen how it is on TV, but now I see it live not only on TV. I am watching live now. Pak Ganjar’s smile is indeed sweet. This will be loved by mothers and young children,” he said.
Elly Yasin also shared the history of PDIP’s cooperation with PPP when Megawati Soekarnoputri and Hamzah Haz became president and vice president.
“I instruct the PPP cadres not only to vote for PPP in the next general election, but also to invite the public to vote for you Ganjar Pranowo as president,” he said.
Meanwhile, Hasto called Ganjar the eighth Indonesian President. He then continued with rhymes.
“Mr. Ganjar Pranowo, the eighth president of the Republic of Indonesia. With the solidity of the political parties that support Mr. Ganjar Pranowo and volunteers, on February 14, 2024 we will win Mr. Ganjar Pranowo,” he said.
“White hair is a symbol of wisdom, his heart is clean without polish. Ganjar Pranowo is persistent in the struggle, together with President Jokowi, he accelerates progress,” said Hasto’s rhyme.
