Chairman of the DPP PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) Mrs. Empress asked a number of parties to no longer make Gibran Rakabuming and Bobby Nasution’s membership status in their party a controversy. He said his party was focused on winning the party and candidate pairs Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud Md in the 2024 elections.
“Now how many days are left? 80 days, if I’m not mistaken, leading up to February 14. So never mind the administrative technical matters, in my opinion, we don’t need to go back to pros and cons,” said Puan at the MPR/DPR/DPD RI Building, Senayan , Jakarta, Tuesday (21/11/2023).
The chairman of the DPR encouraged all parties to carry out their respective duties well in making the election a success. He left it entirely up to the community to make their choice in 2024.

“But how then do we work in the field and then carry out our respective duties functionally or our respective main duties and functions. Whatever our position is well, so that this election can run smoothly and quickly be completed so that we let the people choose, let the people “That determines who the leader or leaders the people elect,” said Puan.
With that, Puan asked for the fate of Gibran and Bobby to no longer be polemical.
“So things like that no longer need to be discussed, let’s just carry on with this democratic party until February 14,” continued Puan.
Previously, PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto spoke about the membership status of Gibran Rakabuming and Bobby Nasution in the party. Hasto was reluctant to comment much because the book was closed.
“That’s all closed the book, the important thing is that Mr. Ganjar, Prof. Mahfud won with full confidence,” said Hasto at the High End Building, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (15/11).
Hasto said that Gibran had also given a letter to the PDIP DPC, as had Bobby. The substance of both letters is the same, only the date differs.
“Mas Gibran is the same, he has closed the book, the letter has been given by the DPC with the contents being different, only the date and signature but the substance is the same,” said Hasto.
