BBANG – DPD PDI Perjuangan Bangka Belitung Islands Province ( DPD PDIP Babylon) again encouraging social service for the community.
This time, by making public kitchen followed by distributing free food to the community.
It is known that the social service this time is a series of activities for the 50th anniversary of the PDIP, as well as commemorating the 76th birthday of the general chairman. Megawati Sukarnoputri on January 23, 2023.
“Thank God, today we are distributing hundreds of rice boxes to residents around the PDI Babel DPD office. This is a gift for Mrs. Ketum ( Megawati Sukarnoputri) carried out by PDIP cadres throughout Indonesia,” said the chairman DPD PDIP Babylon Didit Srigusjaya, Monday (23/1/2023).
Didit said that this cooking activity also involved the local community, with a menu of healthy and nutritious dishes. Processed food is then distributed to the public, pregnant women and children to prevent stunting.
“Hopefully it will be useful for the community what we are doing, and hope that the Chairman of the PDIP will always be healthy at the age of 76 this year,” he hoped.
Chairman of the PDIP DPC Pangkalpinang City Abang Hertza added, the activities that were held simultaneously this time were a form of dedication and concern for the party made by the party Megawati Sukarnoputri against small people.
“We deliberately distributed this food to Lara Ojol, street buskers, beggars, scavengers, parking attendants, street sweepers, and others,” said Hertza who is also the Chairperson of the Pangkalpinang City DPRD.
Hertza hopes that this social service can provide benefits to people in need. He also stressed that this social service was concrete proof that PDIP was always present in society.
“Hopefully the Blessings of Sharing give goodness to others,” he added.
This time the activity was also enlivened by the Bangka Belitung Young Indonesian Bull party (BMI) and the Rudi Center Foundation.
Director of the Rudi Center Foundation, Imam Wahyudi, said that his party would always support every positive activity presented to the community.
“This is a form of us together, working together to be present to help the people in Bangka Belitung. Hopefully this activity can spur all of us social sensitivity towards the surrounding environment,” said Imam.
For information, PDI Perjuangan Babel will also carry out greening and cleaning of watersheds on January 28.
