WHILE, KOMPAS.com – Treasurer of the PDI-P Medan Branch Leadership Council (DPC), North Sumatra, Boydo HK Panjaitan, assessed that the Mayor of Medan, who is also a PDI-P cadre, Bobby Nasution, is unethical.
Boydo made this statement in response to Bobby’s declaration of support for the presidential and vice presidential candidates, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, at the Djakarta Theater, Jakarta, Wednesday (8/11/2023).

“Ethically, you should return the KTA (membership card) first and write a good resignation letter, don’t be busy declaring first,” said Boydo when contacted by telephone, Wednesday evening.

Boydo said that the PDI-P Central Leadership Council (DPP) had given Bobby three days to return his KTA, if he still wanted to support Prabowo-Gibran.
According to Boydo, Bobby’s method is a bad example for the younger generation.
“(Is) this what (want to) be taught to young people, there is no ethics in politics, that’s the problem for us. That’s why I’m saying and (if) we don’t maintain (ethics) from young, (what) has been taught, “What we have said, everything has been violated,” he said.
Boydo also considers Bobby to be someone who has no integrity. President Jokowi’s son-in-law should remember how PDI-P supported him when he ran for Mayor of Medan. The party bearing the bull symbol is at the forefront of supporting it.
“This is a matter of commitment, we were together, we used to support each other. This is all multiplied by zero (by Bobby), commitment is not important, integrity is not important. So what kind of young people’s souls do we want to build, for the future of this nation if like that,” he said.
Previously it was reported that Bobby declared his support for Prabowo-Gibran through volunteers called Barisan Pengusaha Pejuang. Bobby is the general chairman of the volunteers.
“This is Mr. Prabowo present, we are businessmen from the region. Apart from businessmen, we are also fighters who today we declare Mr. Prabowo and Mas Gibran. So, Mr. Prabowo, if you speak the language of Medan children, I hope this is safe goods, sir’,” said Bobby.
Bobby said that the young entrepreneurs who declared Prabowo-Gibran made sure that Prabowo was always in their hearts.
They also ensured that they would support the programs that Prabowo would carry out if he won the presidency.
“The warrior spirit that Pak Prabowo has shown to us, the soul and integrity that Pak Prabowo has had throughout his career are points that we can learn from,” he said.
