The Homicide Squad of the PDI arrested a woman accused of murder of a man occurred last weekend in Florida.
The 49-year-old woman entered with the 40-year-old victim until a motel of the commune, place where the crime took place.
Subprefect Eduardo Haro stated that after the proceedings carried out before the death of the individual, it was “categorically established the existence of external injuries attributable to third parties and the participation of a woman could be inferred ”.
Haro added that the defendant admitted her responsibility in death.
The formalization of the woman was carried out yesterday and, despite the fact that the Eastern Prosecutor’s Office requested her preventive prison, this was rejected by the court.
Given this, the Prosecutor’s Office immediately appealed and it will be the Court of Appeals that will resolve the judicial situation of the woman, who remains detained.
