Pd, self-regulation code for candidates begins tomorrow

A ‘self-regulation code’ for candidates. It was developed by the PD Commissioner for Campania, Antonio Missionarytogether with the provincial Dem secretaries and tomorrow it will be presented for the first time at a meeting of the regional party.

In fact, the regional and provincial PD and the clubs will have to acquire, before the end of the presentation of the lists, the CVs, criminal records and criminal certificates of the candidates “in order to adequately instruct the approval of the lists according to the statutory procedures”.

Furthermore, any candidates will have to sign the ‘ethical code’ and will have to declare that they are not ineligible for candidacy with respect to the anti-mafia self-regulation code. Then he is also asked to undertake to communicate to the party’s guarantee bodies any possible change in his position.

According to what we learn, the application of this ‘Code’ in Campania will be entrusted by the Democratic Party to the magistrate Franco Robertiformer National Anti-Mafia Prosecutor.
