PC browser no stream option to ps4 Youtube app – Play – Problems & Questions

Dear readers,

question/problem:
From multiple PCs I can no longer ‘cast’ Youtube to the Youtube app on the Ps4. The cast icon is missing and when I click cast via Chrome’s settings menu I see PS4-008 ‘available for specific video sites’.

Somehow it seems that my Windows devices can no longer establish a connection with the Youtube app on the Ps4. It works from various Android devices without any problems. There the cast button is just present and my PS4 can be found.

Relevant software and hardware I use:
Provider: Ziggo
Modem/router: default Ziggo Connect Box
Both a Windows 10 PC wired and a Windows 10 laptop via 2.4ghz or 5ghz
Both Windows 10 devices with the latest Windows updates
Youtube app on PS4 is the latest version
Ps4 firmware is up-to-date
PS4 account has an active subscription
Bitdefender Anti Virus on PC and Laptop
Other W10 PC has Ziggo Safe Online antivirus

What I have already found or tried
Uninstall youtube app on PS4
Restart PS4
Restart Windows devices
Re-login account on ps4
Ping tests from laptop and PC to PS4 are successful
Tried via Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera
Ps4 remote play works without any problems from the PC and laptop. (as soon as I start the Youtube app, there is a message that I cannot operate the app via remote play)

Because it works from Android over WiFi without any problems, it seems that the problem must be found in Windows. I’m just out of options.

Hopefully you can help me or give me tips that I haven’t thought of myself.
