Bonus “pc and tablet”: will it be necessary to change operator?
If you live in areas reached by more than one operator offering fast connections, you can request the switch to ultra-broadband both from the already active operator and to a different one. You can use the bonus and then switch to another operator using any remaining part of the bonus, as long as the connection speed is at least equal to that of the previous contract and without the withdrawal from the latter involving costs. Operators must also ensure that contracts expire at the end of the offer term.
Bonus “pc and tablet”: can it be requested only to purchase the devices?
It is not possible to request the voucher exclusively to have the tablet or PC, which can only be obtained following the signing of an ultra-broadband connectivity contract of not less than 30 Mbits / s. The devices must therefore be requested directly from the provider with which you subscribe an internet connection. By signing the connectivity contract, in fact, it is possible to use part of the bonus for the “purchase” of electronic devices such as tablets and PCs chosen and supplied by the same operator with whom the internet contract is activated.
Bonus “pc and tablet”: how to request it
The bonus in question will not be given directly to the user (as happens with other types of bonuses), but will be requested from the telephone operator when signing the internet contract. Operators interested in participating in the initiative must register on a special platform managed by Infratel Italia (www.infratelitalia.it).
