PBSI Home Tournament – Reasons for Mixed Doubles Not As Random As Men’s Doubles

Indonesian mixed doubles pair, Praveen Jordan / Melati Daeva Oktavianti, after undergoing the 2019 French Open semifinal at the Stade Pierre de Coubertin, Paris, France, Saturday (10/26/2019).

BOLASPORT.COM – PBSI Home Tournament will be followed by a mixed dual sector. This time there are no players separated from their regular partners.

The PBSI Home Tournament will be resumed after completing the competition in the men’s doubles sector on 24-26 June.

Competition between mixed pairs is the next agenda on PBSI Home Tournament. A total of 11 couples will be performing next week.

Unlike the men’s doubles players, Praveen Jordan et al. will continue to perform with their permanent partners on PBSI Home Tournament.

The competition will run more optimally because each player can bring out the best abilities with their respective counterparts.

PBSI has a special reason for not doing a revamp of players in their mixed mixed internal tournaments.

Head of the Development and Achievement Division of PP PBSI, Susy Susanti, assessed that the strength in the mixed dual sector of national training was evenly distributed so that all couples had the opportunity.

“The strength in the mixed doubles is quite evenly distributed, there are still many possibilities that will occur,” Susy said, quoted by BolaSport.com from Indonesian Badminton.
