PBNU Asks for the Case of Abuse of David by Mario Dandy to be Processed Fairly

Jakarta

The Nahdlatul Ulama Executive Board (PBNU) spoke about the case of the child of a member of the Ansor GP central board, Cristalino David Ozora alias David (17), who was abused by the child of a former Director General of Taxes, Mario Dandy Satrio (20). PBNU asked the police to thoroughly investigate the case.

PBNU Deputy Secretary General, Imron Rosyadi hopes that those involved in David’s persecution can be prosecuted fairly. The reason is to give a deterrent effect to those concerned.

“We hope that the vigilante action accompanied by barbaric acts against the victim (David) committed by the suspect must be processed fairly and the punishment that will be imposed will have a deterrent effect on the person concerned and also on others so that similar acts do not occur in the future. ,” said Imron when contacted, Saturday (25/2/2023).

PBNU also appreciates the police for moving quickly into the case. Imron said that all parties need to continue to oversee the case until the suspects are brought to justice.

“All parties need to oversee the process until later at the attorney general’s office and court,” he said.

Furthermore, PBNU appreciates the Ministry of Finance’s actions in taking steps to sanction Mario’s father, Rafael Alun Trisambodo. He considered that Rafael neglected to educate his son.

“We also appreciate the Ministry of Finance for giving disciplinary sanctions and dismissal to parents of suspects who neglected to educate their children not to commit acts that violate the law, especially those that are far from human values,” he explained.
