The Payrignac medical center will open at the beginning of April and will welcome five nurses and one male nurse, already present on the municipal territory. Éric Pierunek, reflexologist, and Mathilde Cellier, occupational therapist, will also use this equipment. The rents have been set at €320 per month excluding charges. The municipal council granted free admission for the month of April given the delay in entering the premises.
Still on these health issues, during the municipal council of March 7, the elected officials had to vote once again on the health competence taken up by the Quercy Bouriane community council. The prefecture indeed considered that there could be no abstention on this question.
However, during the previous council of January 31, the vote in Payrignac had given five votes for, one against and six abstentions.
During this new vote, there were two against, and a large majority in favor – which will make it possible to be heard by the CCQB as to a possible integration of the Payrignac health center into intermunicipal equipment.
