1. Don’t get fat in your belly. exercise regularly control the weight within the standard
2. No smoking
3. Refrain from drinking alcohol
4. Avoid eating foods high in fat, red meat, and processed meats such as sausages, ham, meatballs, and grilled foods.
5. Increase your intake of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fibre-rich foods.
