At Toulouse municipal credit, attendance has increased by 10% since the start of 2022. Individuals no longer come only for exceptional expenses, such as large bills, or health costs. According to Franck Painmesure, director of the municipal credit of Toulouse, regularly, these are for current expenses. They concern foodstuffs, but also fuel, energy bills, gas or electricity.
