With the Mayor of Piraeus, Yiannis Moralis, the candidate President of the PASoK-Movement of Change, Pavlos Geroulanos, met shortly before his speech in Piraeus, as part of his tours.
After the meeting, Mr. Geroulanos made the following statement:
“It was an extremely pleasant and constructive meeting. I spoke to the Mayor about Renaissance, the program I tabled, which talks about the decentralization of power and the importance of taking all power away from Maximus, so that local communities can develop. Because there is never going to be real wealth creation and proper justice in its distribution if we don’t decentralize power. This is an idea about which I have discussed with many Mayors, many Chambers, people who will play a key role in the next day, so that this plan can really be implemented.”
