Normund and his beloved woman from Ventspils, Katrína Ignace, that is at the age of the musician’s eldest daughter, they became parents recently. This is the second child for Paunin and the first for Katrina.

In a conversation with the “Privatā Dzīve” edition, Pauniņš confirmed the fact of the child’s birth, but declined to comment further.

Recall that Pauniņš and Ignace met in 2016, when Ignace sold records at the concerts of “Otras puses” and Antra Stafeckas, but the romantic feelings between the two blossomed in 2018 on the “Tallink” ferry.

The musician previously stated that the great age difference is not an obstacle to harmonious relationships and that both feel like kindred souls.
