Paul Hastings LLP advised the Luxembourg real estate investment manager IREMIS on the acquisition of the Pullman Hotel in Dresden from Covivio Hotels for EUR 30.5 million. This is the first acquisition for the IREMIS Hotel Immobilienfonds I.
The four-star hotel has 319 rooms, a restaurant and meeting rooms and is located between Dresden Central Station and the historic old town. The hotel will initially operate under the “Occidental Hotels & Resorts” brand before continuing to operate under the “Barceló Hotels & Resorts” brand following an extensive renovation.
The transaction included the negotiation and conclusion of a long-term rental agreement for the hotel with its future operators.
