In the 1st tournament of the Korn Ferry Tour Finals, Paul Barjon managed the desired start with a bogey-free 66 card synonymous with 17th place. The Drôme Jérémy Gandon is much further.
We had to score under par this Thursday in Boise, Idaho!
Author of a card of 66 without the slightest error Paul Barjon is in 17th place, 4 strokes behind the leaders. Remember that to recover a right to play on the PGA Tour in 4 tournaments, the Frenchman, currently 37th in the general classification, must finish in the top 30 at the end of the season (October 8).
Gandon on borrowed time
A total of 126 players managed to beat the course during the first round, creating a veritable festival of birdies.
Unfortunately for Jeremy Gandon his card of 72 (+1) only has two. The Valencia player has registered 3 bogeys and is in 138th place. He will have to work to cross the cut and hope to qualify for the tournament next week where only the first 144 of the general are invited.
