The British actress Patsy Kensit ended up – as she calls it – “heaven” as a 16-year-old when she starred in the film ‘Absolute Beginners’ with world star David Bowie. She remembers that time and makes an interesting revelation.

British Patsy (56), who was already married to keyboardist Dan Donovan from the band Big Audio Dynamite, Simple Minds frontman Jim Kerr and Liam Gallagher from Oasis, forty years ago was under the spell of an artist other: David Bowie (who died in 2016). They acted together in the movie in 1986 Complete beginners.
“It was great,” says Kensit The Sunday Times. “Absolutely heavenly. I was sixteen and he is, I think, about thirty.” She was allowed to add another nine years: he was already almost forty. But her fantasy was not limited by the age difference. “I really enjoyed it.”
He didn’t stop there: “I convinced myself that he would fall in love with me and we would run away together. When we first met, I was standing in a line with other people who were working on the film. He shook my hand and I was completely blown away.”
Then the ‘hitlight’ was yet to come. “One day I was sitting in my dressing room and he poked his head in the door and said ‘hello’. David came over and picked up a brush and started running it through my hair. He didn’t say anything, just kept brushing and walked away. This was the most erotic experience of my life. “
