Slovak hockey forward Patrik Lamper will continue his career in the jersey of the Czech Mountfield HK. Finn Ahti Oksanen also joined the team with him.
The 28-year-old Lamper spent most of his career in his native Banská Bystrica, where he also played the past two seasons. In addition, he played for Slovan Bratislava in the KHL. He also has national starts and presented himself at the 2018 Olympic Games. Lamper played 53 matches in the KHL and collected 13 points (7 + 6), in the highest Slovak competition he competed in 428 duels and scored 157 points (65 + 92).
“Patrik is a very experienced, honest and hard-working player who should fit into our new system and increase the competition in the attack,” stated on the official website of the club general manager Aleš Kmoníček.
For the day, exactly the same old Oksanen played in lower overseas competitions, tried the KHL in the jokerit jersey of Helsinki and spent the past season in the top Finnish league. He lost 55 matches in the KooKoo jersey and scored 48 points (22 + 26).
