Patrice Talon meets the Beninese students of GOBELINS in Paris

The President of Benin, Patrice Talon, went to the GOBELINS school in Paris to meet Beninese students who are enrolled there. The visit was organized in the presence of ministers Romuald Wadagni and José Tonato, as well as the general manager of Sèmè City, Claude Borna. The school took the opportunity to recall its commitment to the emergence of young African talent.

GOBELINS welcomes 19% of African students in its Master of Arts in Animation, a strategy supported by its partner Netflix. The school is in partnership with the agency Sèmè City, one of the results of the many agreements signed during the last visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to Cotonou.

Patrice Talon met the Beninese students to find out about their graduation project. The visit of the President of Benin to GOBELINS marks his commitment to supporting the education and training of young Beninese. The visit was organized in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Paris Ile-de-France region, represented by its president Dominique Restino, and the general manager of GOBELINS, Erik Anspach.

This meeting is an opportunity for Beninese students to show their work and benefit from the expertise of GOBELINS and its partners. It also highlights the importance of international cooperation to promote education and innovation in Africa.
