Four men and one woman between the ages of 25 and 57 are the five members of the criminal organization involved in thefts and in a robbery against the elderly and was dismembered by the Security Directorate of Patras, after the arrests of the suspects at noon on Thursday, as “Peloponnisos” revealed yesterday.

They had been in action since last December, having removed €5,860 in cash and jewelry worth €23,500 and a lorry that was returned to its owner, while through stolen credit cards they had made contactless transactions of €300.
During coordinated police operations that took place yesterday in houses where they live in Patras, Velvitsi and Drepanotwo of the defendants, according to ELAS, strongly resisted. Among those seized are five vehicles, 3,235 euros, jewelry and burglary tools.
