There is concern in Patras as another case of meningitis was recorded at the University, the third in a row.
It is recalled that the first was an 18-year-old who overcame the danger, while at the end of February meningitis was detected in a 20-year-old student of Mathematics, who collapsed and is still hospitalized.
The student – who is the third case – was found by his parents in a bad condition and taken to the hospital where he is being treated intubated according to thebest.gr.
The 20-year-old is hospitalized in a critical condition at “Agios Andreas” and is expected to be transferred to the University Hospital of Patras.
