Those who have fallen ill again signal that their second positive tests have not been recorded and when they first became infected a year ago, they are now unable to withdraw certificates.
For new cases of people who went through COVID, but who can not withdraw green passports, Nova TV reports. In front of the Sofia Regional Health Inspectorate today a queue of dozens of people in this situation has formed. And the most common reasons – incorrectly entered data along the chain from GPs, laboratories and hospitals – to the Unified System.
The main problem they face in health inspections is a wrong phone number, which makes it virtually impossible to download the certificate.
The reasons are different – in some cases there is a lack of an entered phone in the register, in others – infected people were entered with a home phone, which now, however, can not receive an SMS for validation.
However, it turns out that anyone who is re-infected or has several positive tests appears in the system only with the first positive test introduced, and its validity may have already expired.
Todor is in the queue of dozens of patients who cannot receive a green certificate. He contracted COVID-19 in August and was hospitalized. However, it is not in the system.
“Probably the hospital itself simply did not enter our numbers, because we left a phone number to contact our relative in case of bad circumstances, they assumed that it would happen. But when we introduced it, it didn’t happen to him either. They admitted that they probably did not enter any of the numbers “, the man shared.
In March, Christ’s father was quarantined not with a mobile phone but with a home phone. Now – no certificate. The reason – the home phone can not receive an SMS for validation.
“The option is to get in touch by phone to change the GSM home phone or, as far as I understand, to line up in huge queues in front of the RHI,” she said. However, it turns out to be impossible to contact the RHI on the indicated telephones.
For the second day after her quarantine expired, Lilia is also not on the register. “Even now I come from my personal doctor, who also failed to get me a certificate,” said the woman.
RHI – Sofia advises people not to wait in line with them, because not only they, but all laboratories, GPs and hospitals can correct incorrectly entered information.
“The main problem that is most often observed is a discrepancy between the patient’s phone number and the one entered in the unified system,” explained Angel Ivanov from SRZI. However, he admits about the new case – the re-infected, as well as people who have several positive tests, enter the system as having suffered only with the first result.
“According to an order of the Minister of Health, only the first time a coronavirus infection is diagnosed is considered a disease,” the RHI said. The reason – European rules do not allow the issuance of a digital COVID certificate for patients who again have a positive result from a PCR test, said the Ministry of Health. But there is a real hypothesis that the term of the green certificate compared to the first date has already expired.
