“Pathless Productions’ First Joint Project: Sentinel – Multiplayer FPS Game with Space Vikings and Saving Humanity”

Developers who previously worked on such titles as Halo or Call of Dutyteamed up and in the studio Pathless Productions they are working on their first joint project. This is a multiplayer first-person shooter where you play as a space Viking trying to save what’s left of humanity.

The title is called Sentinel and is currently located in early production phasebut you can already watch a demo that takes us to a post-apocalyptic world.

The video above doesn’t show full trailers and contains various ugly artifacts, glitches, and issues, but it definitely gives a hint of what we can look forward to. Although it is still very early stage, we can say that it is already looking very good.

The story takes us to the future, where our task will be to save the survivors from the chaos that has arisen on Earth. Interestingly, it should be a sandbox in which we can find fresh soft nature to the strong and heavy armor that your hero wears.

The style is understandably reminiscent of Call of Duty and Halo. In addition to the fact that it is a multiplayer game, we can also find a slight influence from, for example Destiny. Some robots may slightly remind you of cephalopods from Crysis and weapons again Titanfall. However, the developers put the overall design together in an interesting way, and it is already clear that it will be a quite unique piece.

For now, we don’t have any information about the game’s release, but the whole concept certainly sounds very promising. Even more so when we consider that the developers decided to create everything in Unreal Engine 5.
