Patent granted for coronavirus vaccine developed in Medellín

The United States Patent and Trademark Office granted the patent for the development of the universal coronavirus vaccine developed in Medellín.

12 scientists and professionals from different parts of the country were involved in this development, who worked on the research and development in the capital city of Antioquia. The vaccine can be produced in the new plant VaxThera in the eastern part of Antioquia.
