This week, representatives of more than 40 of the leading inbound tourism agencies in Israel were hosted at the Pastoral Kfar Blum Hotel in the Upper Galilee. The event took place after significant changes and transformations that took place in the industry during and after the Corona period.
The conference, which Pastoral defined as the industry’s Grand Reunion, brought together the agents and revealed to them the changes that have been made at the hotel in recent years, including the renovation of the dining room, the facelift that was done for the spa, the launch of new suites, room upgrades and the deepening of the hospitality experience in accordance with the musical cultural experience that the hotel leads in the second the last decades.
The conference, which also included accommodation at the hotel, opened with a presentation led by Danit Beitan, the hotel’s CEO, and Anat Ishar-Cohen, the sales manager for incoming tourism. The agents also enjoyed a rich and indulgent welcome cocktail, spa treatment tastings, and a fascinating lecture by Dr. R. Haim Shapira, a celebratory dinner conducted by Chef Ohad Ivgi, a hike around Kibbutz Kfar Blum and along the banks of the Jordan River, and a fascinating tour that included an overview of the tourist attractions in the area and a visit to Kfar Reger.
