You can quickly embed online video on a whiteboard. If a supported URL is pasted and recognized as a video, the video will appear in the drawing area. You can interact with the video to do things like play and pause.
When a video plays, it plays only on the canvas of the person playing it, not on all participants.
You can embed an online video on the whiteboard as follows:
Option 1:
-
Copy the link of your online video.
-
Paste the link into a whiteboard using keyboard shortcuts (CTRL+V on Windows) or the context menu (right-click).
-
Your video is now pasted into the whiteboard area and is ready to play.
Option 2:
-
In the Create section, click the Video button.
-
In the address bar that appears, paste or type the video link.
-
Preview to make sure you’re viewing the correct video and click the “Insert” button.
-
Your video is now pasted into the whiteboard area and is ready to play.
