The priority agenda has already been established in all police stations for a few days. Here’s who can benefit from it and how to do it. By accessing, as already foreseen, the police portal, two options will appear to book an appointment at the competent police headquarters offices: an ordinary one and now also the priority one reserved for those who can document the need to obtain a passport for a trip planned within the next 30 days for study, work, health and tourism reasons. Therefore, you will need to have either a ticket already issued or a certified appointment for work, study or health reasons. The priority agenda will allow you to get an appointment for issuing your passport within 15 days.
Self-certification
Anyone who books a priority appointment will have to complete a self-certification of urgency (with a form that will be provided by the system) to be shown at the police station on the day of the appointment together with the documentation proving the urgency and the date of the trip.

With or without an appointment
Tens of thousands of citizens have already tried to access the priority agency in these first days of testing. But not everyone managed to get an appointment.
