Bernadette Pagger has been a tram driver in Graz for 15 years. How did the 53-year-old get this job? “My husband had the idea, he wanted to convince me of it for a year. I had a long feeling about it, but am now very happy about this decision. ”And how does Pagger feel about your work today? “It’s just a great job that I really enjoy every day.” What are the biggest challenges? “You have a very high level of responsibility, you always have to be extremely focused.”
